Prep Post 1-Some personal thoughts...

The reality of moving is starting to set in. Today I started making lists of everything we need to pack, everything we need to store, everything we need to buy, and everything we need to do before we leave. Only 3 weeks left in Springfield is really hard to comprehend.

I think what finally made me realize we were moving is having "prayer cards" printed. Even though we are not going as missionaries, or with a missions agency, we are still following God's call and would like our friends to support us in prayer. The prayer reminders are actually really cool magnets (John has always wanted to get magnets printed : P) that you can put on your fridge, car, whatever, to remember to pray for us. To me though, having those made seems kind of final. It helped to bring on the reality that we really are leaving. Soon.

Ok, enough of the morbid going away talk. We will still have internet, email, skype, and hopefully a skype number that can be called from the US.

I wanted to post some pictures of the city that we have been recommended to. These are just from google image, so if you google the city name you'll see these. We have been recommended to Busan, in the south eastern region of Korea.

So cool isn't it? We're pretty excited and think that it would be amazing if God put us here!

If you would like a prayer magnet but are not going to our going away party on July 18, please email me @ kjjharrison@gmail.com and we'll send you one!
